YARÁ Spa & Skin Care – Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or resolutions may be issued in the following situations:

• An item arrives damaged
• An incorrect item is delivered
• A product does not arrive within 60 days of shipment
• A supplier confirms a product defect or loss in transit

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and accuracy.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Delays caused by customs, border processing, or carriers
• Minor product variations in color, texture, packaging, or labeling
• Situations where a third-party supplier denies a refund under their fulfillment policy

3. Evidence Required

To process a refund request, we may ask for the following:

• Order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos or documentation (for damaged or incorrect items)

Providing complete information helps us resolve requests efficiently.

4. Returns

Most products fulfilled through third-party or international suppliers do not require a physical return.

If a return is required by the supplier, we will provide instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

5. YARÁ-Branded Product Satisfaction

For YARÁ Spa & Skin Care–branded products, we stand behind our formulations.

If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, subject to hygiene and safety considerations.
