Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued when:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Wrong item is delivered

  • Product does not arrive within 60 days

  • Supplier confirms loss or defect

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer changed their mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Minor product variations

  • Situations where supplier denies refund due to their policy

3. Evidence Required

For refund requests, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

4. No-Return Required

Most dropshipped items do not need to be returned unless the supplier requests it.
